Was President and Founder of Whittlesey &
Associates, Inc., a well known Philadelphia based retained Executive
Search Consulting Firm, and has over 30 years of experience in the human
resources profession with particular focus on the staffing and
leadership development fields. His consulting work has taken him into
blue chip companies like P&G, GE, IBM, AT&T, 3M, Xerox, Texas
Instruments, Microsoft, Scott Paper, and Kimberly Clark as well lesser
known organizations Prior to founding Whittlesey & Associates, Jim spent
13 years with Scott Paper now (Kimberly Clark) where he started his
career in sales, headed up National College Recruiting/Relations,
managed Staffing and Development for a major Division, and led Human
Resources Planning for the Corporation.. Jim was a past Chairman of the
Learning Forum of the Paper Industry Management Association. and is a
graduate of Hobart College.
