planning, operations management, process redesign and corporate
development in start-ups ranging from telecommunications to high
technology to insurance, Bob brings to clients a unique combination of
strong business insight and extensive knowledge of recruiting,
organizational effectiveness and performance management. His hands-on
experience in designing and implementing business operations in
high-growth, turnaround and start-up conditions provides the instant
understanding and engagement traction required in the venture capital
world and rapidly evolving financial services sector. His earlier career
includes experience with EcoVate, @Link Networks, Orion Auto, Zurich
Personal and Nationwide Insurance Companies. His credentials include a
B.A. from the University of Florida and both CPCU and CLU designations.
